First Grade

• Students must be 7 years old to be admitted in first grade.
• 6 years old students will be admitted only if they have attended kindergarten previously or are able to pass the entrance exam. Also, per Afghanistan Ministry of Education order, only students between seven to nine years old can be admitted to first grade.
• During registration, students are expected to have a copy of their national ID card, their vaccine card, and four pieces of pictures.

Registration time: First grade students’ admission every year starts in February up until the school no more has the capacity to admit new students.

Second to Twelfth Grade 

Students who want to transfer schools should remember the following rules:

• Students’ legal guardian should be present at the time of registration.
• Students need to pass the entrance exam.
• Students need to complete their registration process and tuition before they are allowed to bring their transfer documents.
• After registration, students will be given the school tour and will be going through training to learn more about school environment and its rules and regulations.
• Students from Kabul city will have three days while students from provinces will have ten days to complete their transfer documents.

Tuition discounts

Students from the same nuclear family will be granted the following discounts:

• The first student ought to pay the full tuition.
• The second student will be given 10% discount in the total tuition.
• The second student will be given 20% discount in the total tuition.
• The second student will be given 50% discount in the total tuition.
• The second student will be given 60% discount in the total tuition.
• The second student will be given 70% discount in the total tuition.

Note: The discount will be calculated in the descending grade order.
