Pegah Intermediate 2 was officially launched in March 2020. This school is located in Jafar Abad, Qalae Wahid, district 13 of Kabul city. Because of the lock-down in early 2020, the school officially started in August 2020. This branch has six classes between grades 1-6. On average, there are 15 students in each class, totalling to 96 students. There are 12 teachers and 5 administrative staff. All the teachers in Intermediate 2 own a bachelor’s degree in the subject of their teaching.

An appropriate environment is one of the many important factors in providing a quality education for a child. A standardised environment helps students to become more interested in school and learn more efficiently. A big environment decreases students’ stress and can gain energy through plays and sports. It also provides the opportunity to learn most subjects practically and avoid problems or challenges resulted from lecture based teaching. Intermediate 3 was also established to provide a better and more efficient experience for the kids.

Some of the purposeful entertaining programs at this school include sports and athletic events; educational seminars on dietary, how to read books, and time management; reading in an open environment; painting in nature; teaching science subjects using hands-on methods; and cultural programs such as storytelling, poem reciting, theatre and entertaining competitions.
